Palmote is developed by zehao li. It requires no account and contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. The developer does not collect, sell or track personal data through the app.
Input and connections
Text, keys, pointer movements and controller actions that you send are transmitted to the computer you select, using system Bluetooth or an encrypted local network connection. They are not sent to developer servers. Connect only to trusted devices. Content entered on your computer may be saved by the receiving application; Palmote cannot recall or delete it.
Local settings and motion
Button mappings, sensitivity and preferences are stored on your device. Nearby device names and connection status are used to discover and connect devices. Motion data is read only when you enable motion controls and is used to produce control input; no motion history is saved. Palmote does not read the clipboard or record the screen.
Retention and deletion
Palmote maintains no cloud data or input history. Disconnect to stop transmission. Uninstalling the app removes its local settings. Bluetooth pairing records are managed by the operating system and can be removed in system settings. You can revoke Bluetooth, local network and motion permissions in system settings.
System services
Apple diagnostics, backups and store services, as enabled in your system settings, are governed by Apple’s privacy policy. The developer does not embed advertising or cross-app tracking services.
Support correspondence
If you choose to email support, we receive your email address and the information you send. We use this correspondence to reply and resolve your request, and retain it only as needed for support and applicable obligations. You may request deletion by email. Please do not include passwords, pairing codes or sensitive input. This is separate from data handled locally by the app.
